Holden Reaves has practiced law since 1995. He returned to his hometown of Fayetteville (and founded Reaves Law, PLLC in 2004) after practicing in prior firms, including the commercial real estate group of a large corporate firm in uptown Charlotte.

Holden is a Board Certified Specialist in Real Property Law: Residential, Business, Commercial, and Industrial Transactions (since 2005), as certified by the North Carolina State Bar Board Legal Specialization.

He concentrates his law practice in commercial real estate transactions, including entity formation, real property sales, acquisition, development, financing, and tax-free exchanges. He has represented developers, buyers, sellers, lenders, landlords, tenants, and brokers in all types of real property transactions. He also assists with residential transactions (typically involving new construction) and residential land development.

Matt Autry has practiced law since 2011. A Cumberland County native, he returned home after law school. He practiced with reputable local firms (concentrating in real property law), prior to joining Reaves Law in 2025.

Matt is a Board Certified Specialist in Real Property Law: Residential, Business, Commercial, and Industrial Transactions (since 2024), as certified by the North Carolina State Bar Board Legal Specialization. He currently serves on the Real Property Specialization Committee of the North Carolina State Bar.

He concentrates his legal practice in commercial and residential real estate transactions (with residential transactions typically involving new construction). He represents builders, developers, real estate investors, lenders, and select homebuyers. Matt has significant experience in all types of closings, document drafting, and title matters.
